Vintage Platinum 2.70ct Old Cut Diamond Cluster Ring 

This stunning ring has been hand craft from solid Platinum. Reset in around the 1950s. The natural set Diamonds are much older. The centre stone measures approximately 7.6mm (approx 1.50ct) could possibly weigh heavier if unmounted and weighed metrically. Surrounded by round and baguette old cut Diamonds. The smaller Diamonds have a total calculated weight of approximately 1.20ct ( 8x round approx 0.05ct each & 8x baguette 0.10ct each ) 

Set with 1x natural old cut Diamonds to the centre of the ring in a 8x claw setting. With an alternating row of 8x smaller old cuts around the ring & 8x baguette cut Diamonds (tested)

The central Diamond has an estimated calculated weight of 1.50ct, the Diamond has no cutlet. Old cut Diamonds tend to weigh less metrically on the scale, as their surface generally has a much wider spread. Meaning the Diamond looks much bigger than it actually is
