Yes. UK orders are always sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is tracked and usually arrives the next working day after dispatch. For international orders, I use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed wherever available, or the closest equivalent with full tracking and insurance. What if my parcel hasn’t arrived or is delayed?+

Is Northern Ireland part of the UK or Ireland for shipping?+

Northern Ireland is legally part of the UK and all parcels are sent from there. However, under the Windsor Framework, it follows special EU-style customs rules:

To the Republic of Ireland (EU): Parcels are treated as EU goods and not subject to import VAT or customs duties, though they may still clear Irish customs. See An Post’s customs guide for more.
To Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales): Parcels are treated as internal UK mail — no EU customs checks and no tariffs.

What is your returns policy?+

Do you offer a resizing service?+

No, I don’t offer resizing, alterations, or modifications. All items are sold as listed. However, I'm happy to provide detailed measurements if you'd like to check with your own jeweller before buying.

How do I find my ring size?+

If you're not sure of your size, I recommend using a ring sizer or having your finger measured at a local jeweller. You can also use my Ring Size Chart & Calculator to compare international sizes and inner diameters, or ask me to measure a specific ring for you. For more accuracy, you can refer to the ISO 8653:2016 ring size standard.

Can I measure my ring size with a tape measure?+

You can get a rough estimate using a flexible tape or strip of paper, but it's not a reliable method. Even small errors can lead to the wrong fit, especially with secondhand or antique rings where sizing really matters.

If you do try it, wrap the tape around the base of your finger, mark the overlap, and measure in millimetres. Then check my Ring Size Chart & Calculator to compare sizes.

For best results, I recommend using a proper ring sizer or visiting a local jeweller.

What if I’m between ring sizes?+

If you're in between sizes, it's usually best to size up slightly for comfort, especially on wider bands. You’re always welcome to ask for a measurement check before purchasing.

Do you offer adjustable rings?+

Why do you have both an address in Northern Ireland and Ireland?+

I regularly attend antique fairs, vintage fairs, shows, and exhibitions across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Having a presence in both regions allows me to meet customers in person, work with local jewellery experts, and move between locations depending on where I’m exhibiting.
