Gold Lockets

Gold lockets come in all sorts of forms, from simple photo lockets and engraved hearts to double-sided glass designs and more unusual antique pieces. This collection brings together antique, vintage and later preloved examples in solid gold, gold back and front, rolled gold and other clearly described gold constructions.

With older lockets, the metal markings can be particularly useful when working out exactly what you are looking at. You may come across 9ct, 18ct and fineness marks such as 375 or 750, depending on the piece.
