Shipping policy

At Ps Its Vintage, I want your order to arrive safely and securely. Please review the shipping and returns information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

I aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after the order has been placed and payment has been confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

You will receive a further notification once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent free of charge using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Republic of Ireland Shipping

Orders to the Republic of Ireland are sent fully tracked using FedEx. Shipping is free for Republic of Ireland orders unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier service and circumstances outside my reasonable control. Your tracking information will provide the most up-to-date delivery estimate once the parcel has been collected by FedEx.

EU and International Shipping

EU and international orders are sent using a fully tracked shipping service. I use FedEx wherever possible. If FedEx is unavailable or unsuitable for a particular destination, another appropriate tracked carrier may be used.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and parcel requirements.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier service, customs processing where applicable and circumstances outside my reasonable control. Any delivery timeframe provided at checkout or by the carrier is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing in these estimated delivery times affects any statutory rights you may have in relation to delayed or undelivered goods.

Import Duties and Taxes

Ps Its Vintage is based in Northern Ireland. Goods dispatched directly from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland and other EU destinations are treated as dispatches rather than exports under the arrangements applying to movements of goods between Northern Ireland and the EU.

Goods sent directly from Northern Ireland to an EU destination are not normally subject to import customs duty simply because they have moved from Northern Ireland to an EU member state. VAT is dealt with in accordance with the applicable rules for the transaction.

Orders sent to destinations outside the UK and EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees or carrier handling fees depending on the destination country and the nature and value of the goods.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, charges imposed by the destination country's customs or tax authority or by the delivery carrier are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the customer.

Ps Its Vintage cannot control or guarantee the amount that may be charged by a customs authority, tax authority, courier or other third party.

Customers in destinations outside the UK and EU can use the import duties and taxes calculator for a general estimate of possible charges before placing an order. The calculator provides an estimate only and cannot guarantee the final amount charged by a customs authority or delivery carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information. Tracking may take a short time to update after the parcel receives its first carrier scan.

If your parcel has not arrived by the expected delivery date, the tracking has not updated for an unusual length of time or the tracking information shows a delivery problem, please contact sales@psitsvintage.co.uk with your order number and full name so that I can investigate with the carrier.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Please provide a complete street address wherever possible. Some tracked delivery services cannot deliver to PO Boxes or may accept PO Box addresses only in selected destinations.

Please contact me before ordering if you require delivery to a PO Box so that I can check whether an appropriate delivery service is available.

Returns

For eligible online and other distance purchases, you must normally notify me within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel the order. Once you have notified me, the item must be sent back within a further 14 days.

The Ps Its Vintage security identification label helps confirm that a returned item is the original piece supplied. Please keep the label intact and attached while inspecting or trying on the jewellery and remove it only once you have decided to keep the item.

Removal of the security identification label does not, by itself, automatically remove a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right. However, an item returned without its original label intact and attached may be subject to additional identity, authenticity and condition checks.

Where wearing, alteration, damage or other handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item has caused an actual reduction in value, an appropriate deduction may be made from a change-of-mind refund to the extent permitted by law.

If the item returned is not the original item supplied, no refund will be due for the substituted item. This does not affect any statutory rights relating to the item originally purchased.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, please contact sales@psitsvintage.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible with your order number.

Where relevant, photographs of the item, parcel, packaging and shipping label may help me investigate damage with the delivery carrier. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
