 Antique Platinum 0.90ct Old Cut Diamond Solitaire Ring

 

Set with a natural old cut Diamond (tested) in a 8x claw setting on a solid Platinum shank 

 

The diamond measures approximately 6.1mm x 6.2mm (no cutlet) estimated 0.90ct - 0.95ct (Diamond measured within the setting)

 

Stamped PLAT

 

Head of the ring measures approximately 7.8mm 

 

Band width on the underside is approximately 2.2mm

 

Depth of the ring is approximately 6.4mm

 

Weighs approximately 3.8g 

 

Ring Size I - J 

 

The Diamond has 3x natural carbon inclusions (mainly near the surface). There are some nibbles to the edges of the Diamond and 1x nick tiny nick to the surface. However these nibbles / nick are only visible under magnification using an eye loupe. The condition of the Diamond does not diminish its beauty, only adding character given its age with its previous owner/s (condition reflected in the price)
