9ct Gold Ruby Diamond Puffy Heart Pendant 375 Sheffield

A vintage 9ct gold puffy heart pendant, set with natural rubies and diamonds and finished with a bail so it’s ready to wear.

Stamped 0.05 for diamond, BJB, 375 and the Sheffield rose mark. Set with 15 natural round cut diamonds and 17 square cut natural rubies, with 1 tiny diamond missing near the top of the heart by the bail (see photo 11). Ideal for wearing on a chain or adding to a charm bracelet.
