Vintage 9ct Gold Ruby and Diamond Pendant Charm 375 1.60ct Ruby

Vintage 9ct gold ruby and diamond pendant or charm, set with 16 marquise cut natural rubies and 20 natural diamonds (tested). This piece originally started life as a brooch and has been converted into a pendant by a local goldsmith. The pendant is stamped 9k, the original brooch bar was stamped Birmingham 1989, and the new bail is 9ct gold.
