An antique Victorian 9ct gold fancy Albert chain necklace, originally designed as a gentleman’s watch chain and later adapted into a bold statement necklace. Crafted with chunky bars, squares and oval facet cut links in tones of yellow and rose gold, this ornate piece is full of history and character.

Complete with two dog clips (one 10ct by M & M), the chain is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1900 with H.A & S, 9, •375, anchor, V and a. Weighing 45.3g, this substantial chain is a rare and collectable example of Victorian jewellery.
